Cloud Engineer - Microsoft 365

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer, Microsoft 365 Administrator, or similar role.

• Hold an active Microsoft 365 certification, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or an equivalent Microsoft 365 certification.

• Strong experience managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

• Experience in user management, group management, licensing, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) is an advantage.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance solutions, such as Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview, is a plus.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment.

• Administer Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Manage user accounts, groups, licensing, security policies, and access controls.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Microsoft 365-related issues and incidents.

• Implement and maintain security policies, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

• Support Microsoft 365 migration, deployment, and service integration projects based on business needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure Microsoft 365 services remain secure, efficient, and highly available.
