DW Bartender/Barback

Brunch Club Bali is seeking a passionate and experienced DW Bartender/Barback to join our team in Badung, Bali. This is a part-time role that will see you working alongside our skilled bartenders to provide exceptional service and expertly crafted cocktails to our guests. What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and serving a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to customers

2. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly stocked and maintained

3. Providing excellent customer service and making recommendations to customers based on their preferences

4. Assisting the bartenders with various tasks, such as stocking the bar, garnishing drinks, and supporting the overall bar operations

5. Adhering to all health, safety, and licensing regulations

6. Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

1. At least 1 year of experience working as a bartender or barback in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment

2. A passion for mixology and a keen understanding of a wide range of cocktail recipes and ingredients

3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment

5. Familiarity with bar equipment and a good understanding of liquor types and flavour profiles

6. Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
