Job Description — Graphic Designer
Brand: JWON Sport
Lokasi: Surabaya
Tipe: Full-time
Reporting to: Brand Marketing Manager
Fokus utama: Membuat aset visual yang professional, sporty, dan credible untuk kebutuhan sosial media, e-commerce, campaign, serta materi komunitas/event dengan konsistensi identitas JWON Sport.
Responsibilities
Social Media Creative Production
Mendesain aset harian/mingguan: IG feed, reels cover, story, carousel edukasi, template series, dan assets untuk TikTok (thumbnail, overlay, caption frame).
Membuat visual yang mendukung content pillars: edukasi, proof/credibility, komunitas, product performance, culture kompetisi.
Mengikuti arahan creative brief dan memastikan output sesuai tone brand.
Brand Identity & Visual Consistency
Menjaga konsistensi penggunaan logo, warna, grid, tipografi, layout, dan style foto/video.
Mengembangkan template system untuk mempercepat produksi konten.
E-commerce & Product Visual
Membuat aset untuk Shopee/TikTok Shop/website: banner promo, product highlight, infographic spesifikasi, sizing/fit guide, dan materi bundling.
Mengolah foto produk (basic retouch, compositing sederhana) untuk kebutuhan campaign.
Campaign & Offline Materials
Mendesain materi untuk event/aktivasi komunitas: poster, X-banner, backdrop, stiker, sertifikat, voucher, booth signage.
Menyiapkan file siap cetak sesuai standard (bleed, CMYK, resolusi).
Collaboration & Workflow
Berkolaborasi dengan Brand Marketing Manager, content creator, editor video, dan tim operasional.
Mengelola revisi cepat dengan sistem versi dan deadline yang disiplin.
Menyusun dan merapikan file kerja agar mudah dipakai tim (naming, foldering, master template).
Key Deliverables
Template IG story/feed/carousel yang konsisten
Carousel edukasi / proof-based content (readable, premium & humanis)
Asset campaign bulanan (social + e-commerce)
Materi event (poster/banner/backdrop/sticker)
Mini brand kit sederhana (guideline + template)
Requirements (Kualifikasi Wajib)
Pengalaman 1–3 tahun sebagai Graphic Designer / Visual Designer (brand/agency/in-house).
Menguasai tools: Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (wajib).
(Plus: After Effects/Premiere/CapCut untuk motion ringan)
Memahami layout, typography, hierarchy, dan prinsip desain untuk mobile-first.
Mampu bekerja cepat dengan revisi terarah dan deadline ketat.
Punya portofolio yang menunjukkan:
desain social media yang konsisten,
kemampuan bikin template system.
Preferred Qualifications
brand sports / performance / lifestyle athletic / martial arts.
Bisa membuat motion graphic ringan (text animation, lower thirds, transitions).
Paham basic fotografi produk / lighting / komposisi.
Familiar dengan produksi file print (CMYK, bleed, ukuran cetak).
Mengerti konsep “proof/credibility visual”.
