Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and HR Management: Responsible for channel expansion and resume screening, interview evaluation and selection, follow-up onboarding and conversion of recruited personnel, and subsequent follow-up management of recruited personnel.
2. Daily Work Coordination and Management: Responsible for arranging and coordinating the CEO's daily work schedule, including meeting arrangements, business trips, and receiving visitors; supervising and checking the execution of tasks assigned by the CEO, reporting progress and problems to the CEO in a timely manner, and assisting in resolution.
3. Document Processing and Information Management: Drafting, reviewing, and revising various documents, reports, speeches, etc., ensuring the accuracy and standardization of documents; responsible for the filing and management of important company documents and materials, and ensuring information confidentiality; collecting, organizing, and analyzing various internal and external information of the company to provide reference for the General Manager's decision-making.

2. Qualifications
1. Educational Background: Full-time Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates majoring in Business Administration or related fields.
2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of HR work experience, with priority given to candidates with experience in financial companies or related industries, and fluent in English and Mandarin.
3. Skills Required:
(1) Excellent organizational and coordination skills, capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks.
(2) Strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
(3) Strong time management skills, able to remain calm and focused under pressure.
(4) High sense of responsibility and confidentiality, capable of handling sensitive information. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to think independently and offer constructive suggestions.
