Job Descriptions :
- Deliver friendly, solution-focused service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide clear product information, respond to inquiries, and offer tailored recommendations
- Process transactions at POS accurately (cash, card payments, and returns)
- Receive, unpack, and arrange new inventory according to procedures
- Organise shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store environment clean and tidy
- Meet individual and team performance targets based on service standardsQualifications :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00 (preferred)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Maximum 1 year of work experience, preferably in fashion retail
- Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and strong attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willing to be relocated and assigned to different store locations as needed
