Job Responsibilities
Manage apparel and cotton product categories in company' stores, including product display, sales performance, and data analysis.
Monitor inventory movement and conduct stock analysis for retail stores.
Identify slow-moving or incomplete-size products and propose inventory solutions for company approval and implementation.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding replenishment orders and stock purchasing requirements.
Prepare and submit purchasing demand plans on a quarterly basis.
Implement visual merchandising standards for apparel products and provide training and guidance to store staff.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3 years of purchasing or buying experience in the fashion or apparel retail industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, with strong analytical skills.
Experience in fashion visual merchandising and the ability to train retail staff.
Fluent in English communication. Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
Candidates with experience in international fashion brands such as Uniqlo, H&M, ZARA, or similar brands will be highly preferred.
