About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Logistic Sales professional to join our team at PT Samsung SDS Global SCL Indonesia on a contract basis. As a Logistic Sales (Contract under OS), you will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic sales initiatives within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry, with a focus on Warehousing, Storage & Distribution. Based in South Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing customer relationships
Actively prospecting and networking to identify potential sales opportunities
Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and presentations to key decision-makers
Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborating cross-functionally with the operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in the Warehousing, Storage & Distribution industry
Strong understanding of the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector and the ability to identify and address client needs
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate creative solutions
Adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
