Multimedia Designer

The Role

As a Multimedia Designer – Continental Europe at Hubexo, you will play a key role in supporting our Marketing teams across Spain, Switzerland, and Czechia by creating engaging, high-quality multimedia content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Combining expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and video editing, you will produce compelling creative assets across multiple channels while ensuring consistency with Hubexo's global brand standards. Working closely with international marketing stakeholders, you'll help bring campaigns and product stories to life through impactful visual storytelling.

What Will You Do:

• Create high-quality multimedia assets that align with Hubexo's brand identity, visual guidelines, and marketing objectives.

• Design and produce creative content across various formats, including social media graphics, digital advertisements, email marketing assets, infographics, brochures, presentation decks, videos, animations, motion graphics, and multimedia campaigns.

• Develop engaging visual storytelling through a combination of static design, motion graphics, animation, and video editing.

• Produce and edit video content for marketing campaigns, webinars, product promotions, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Create custom animations, GIFs, animated presentations, and visual effects to support digital marketing activities.

• Ensure consistency across all creative outputs by following established brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing Heads and regional marketing teams across Continental Europe to develop creative solutions tailored to local market needs.

• Adapt creative assets for multiple digital and print platforms while maintaining quality and effectiveness.

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

• Stay current with emerging design trends, animation techniques, multimedia technologies, and industry best practices.

 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related creative role.

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and video editing.

• Experience creating marketing content for social media, websites, digital advertising, email marketing, webinars, presentations, and other digital channels.

• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, visual storytelling, animation, and video production.

• Experience working within established brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.

• Creative thinker with excellent conceptual development and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with international teams across different countries and time zones.

• Excellent communication skills with professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as an in-house Multimedia Designer within a corporate, B2B, SaaS, technology, or multinational environment.

• Experience creating performance-focused creative content that supports lead generation and marketing campaigns.
