Product Development & Market Analysis
* Create comprehensive business plans, performance analysis, budgets, and sales forecasts in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
* Identify unique selling points and develop products that differentiate us from competitors.
* Identify, screen, and evaluate new business opportunities to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
* Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.
Sales Strategy & Execution
* Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to specific customer segments.
* Identify and research new potential clients and manage strategic partnerships.
* Evaluate the performance of products sold to coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders for business development strategies.
* Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
* Monitoring all documentation processes related to operational and business development, from invoices to employment contracts.
* Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
* Act as a focal point for value creation, working closely with the Commercial team to expand local presence across products.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment in business development activities.
* Monitor project milestones and propose effective, timely remedial actions for any lack of progress.
* Make and give presentations on prospective projects towards internal executives.
