As a Telesales Team Leader, I will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies, providing training and coaching to the team, and ensuring structured and effective communication between team members and management.
Job Description:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies.
- Ensure structured communication between the team and related departments to ensure information is conveyed clearly and accurately.
- Manage schedules and task assignments within the team to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data and create reports on team performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve individual and team performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and direct the team to leverage them.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure overall company goals are achieved.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telesales Team Leader.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to design and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and structured.
- Analytical skills to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to provide training and coaching to the team to improve performance.
- Proactive, creative, and target-oriented attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
