Warehouse Operations

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining proper inventory records and documentation. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience in warehouse administration, and is proficient in using computer-based inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

• Ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods documentation.

• Prepare, verify, and manage delivery orders (Surat Jalan) and other warehouse documents.

• Maintain accurate inventory records by entering warehouse transactions into the company's computer system.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy through regular checks.

• Organize warehouse layout to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related engineering fields.

• Min. 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or warehouse administration.

• Familiar with stock opname procedures and inventory reconciliation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based inventory.

• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and shipping documentation.

• Disciplined, detail-oriented, honest, and proactive in carrying out daily responsibilities.

• Eager to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Willing to be placed in Medan (Preferably domiciled in Medan).
