Job Summary: 

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team, focusing on fit-out projects for retail stores, in malls and standalone buildings. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in site supervision, with proven expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), civil, and structural construction. This role will require close coordination with contractors, and a high level of mobility, as assignments will span various regions in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

• Supervise fit-out projects, primarily in malls, with occasional assignments for standalone buildings.

• Ensure contractors adhere to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

• Conduct regular inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders to address issues and ensure seamless communication.

• Ensure compliance with MEP and civil construction standards.

• Manage construction site logistics, labor, materials, and equipment.

• Provide detailed reports on construction progress and any site-related issues.

• Ensure high flexibility for traveling to various project sites across Jakarta, Java, and Bali.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction site supervision, with experience in retail construction projects considered a strong advantage.

• Strong knowledge of MEP (especially electrical systems) and civil construction; structural construction experience is a significant added value.

• Experienced in managing and coordinating with construction contractors.

• Strong commitment to safety, with high energy and physical vitality to work in an active construction environment.

• Has passion for sports is preferred.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Willing and able to travel extensively across Indonesia, especially Java and Bali, with high mobility between project sites.

• Flexible with work assignments and schedules, including occasional Saturdays when required due to project needs.

• Willing to be based at the Pondok Indah office when not assigned to site (approximately 1 day per week); most working days (4–5 days per week) will be spent at construction sites.

For this position, the client’s budget is between IDR 15.000.000 - 25.000.000 /month based on experience.
