Job Summary

You will be responsible for oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with creative and quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills, leadership, and experience in handling both the creative and logistical aspects of production.

Job Description

1. Creative and logistical oversight:

• Plan timelines, budgets, and production needs to ensure completion on schedule and within budget
• Manage shooting requirements (talent, crew, location, permits, equipment)
• Oversee all phases of production, from pre-production through post-production

2. Team and client coordination:

• Communicate and collaborate with all departments (creative, technical, and administrative), talents, and vendors
• Lead and motivate the production team.

3. Quality assurance:

• Ensure deliverables align with the brief, brand guidelines, company quality standards, and deadlines

4. Financial management:

• Set and manage budgets.
• Approve major changes that could affect the budget or schedule

Qualification

1. Min. 2 years of experience as a Producer / Production (in an agency or production house is a plus)
2. Strong project management and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Thorough understanding of the entire production process (pre-production, production, and post-production).
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
6. Proficiency in managing finances and negotiating contracts.
7. Existing network of vendors/production crew is a plus
8. Strong understanding of digital & social media content workflows
