Responsibilities
Develop and set monthly targets in accordance with the sales target in HVAC Insulation / Pipe Segment and potential projects
Plan and make regular visits to customers (Developers, ME contractors, Duct applicators, and Partners) as well as evaluate and make visit reports
Keep updated with market trends and competitor movements in projects
Provide and update detailed sales pipeline with reports on sales activities, project potential value, product opportunity, and won/loss status
Create project offerings that include project requirement analysis, technical calculation, and price quotations
Provide information and response to customers (developers, ME contractors, Duct applicators, and Partners) about the functions, technicalities and advantages of the product, and able to provide solutions for products, installation, and supply issues
Ensure and monitor the product order and supply processes until the product has been installed in project site
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, and mutual relationships with customers
Comply with company's policies and procedures, and EHS Policy
Qualifications
Bachelor / Diploma Graduated with an Engineering background
At least 2 years experience in the field of HVAC Insulation or Pipe Sales
Understand the basic engineering design of the HVAC system
Established networking with HVAC market stakeholders (ME contractors, Duct Installers)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skill and able to work with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
