Extruder - Food Process Production Operator

PT Perfect Companion Group was founded to expand upon the Charoen Pokphand Group's expertise in the pet food industry and to address the growing market demand driven by pet owners who are becoming more conscious of product quality.

We currently looking for potential candidate with preferably requirement as below:

Extruder Operator

Responsible for operating and controlling the extrusion process to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production of high-quality pet food products that meet food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibility

• Operate and monitor the extrusion production line to achieve production, quality, and food safety targets.

• Set up machine parameters, recipes, and production equipment to ensure products meet specification.

• Monitor critical process parameters and perform routine quality checks throughout production.

• Conduct in-process inspections and accurately record production and quality data.

• Perform product changeovers, equipment cleaning, and sanitization following GMP, HACCP, and company hygiene standards.

• Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues, and coordinate with the Maintenance team for complex breakdowns.

• Perform basic autonomous maintenance (Level 1) to maintain equipment reliability.

• Collaborate with QA, Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production operations.

• Support product trials, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by implementing 5S and food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field is an advantage.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.

• At least 2 years of experience operating extrusion machines, preferably in the food, pet food, snack, pet feed, pellet mill, or FMCG industry.

• Good understanding of extrusion processes, machine setup, parameter adjustment, and process optimization.

• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements.

• Able to perform basic machine troubleshooting and autonomous maintenance.

• Familiar with HMI/SCADA or automated production systems is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and able to work effectively in a shift-based production environment.

• Able to communicate in basic English, both written and spoken.

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and committed to achieving production and quality targets.

• Wiling to be placed on Cikande, Serang Regency, Banten
