About the Role
Support the daily bar operations by assisting the bartending team, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and ensuring efficient service throughout operational hours.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and restock bar supplies before, during, and after service.
Assist bartenders with glassware, ice, garnishes, and other operational needs.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.
Wash and polish glassware and ensure all bar tools are clean and ready for use.
Follow hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the Bar Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum High School/Vocational High School graduate.
Previous experience as a Barback, Bartender Assistant, or in a Food & Beverage role is preferred.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with the team.
Willing to work on a daily worker basis.
