We are a premium Korean aesthetic clinic brand preparing to welcome discerning patients in Bali. Our focus is to deliver a five-star, personalised, and seamless medical journey that reflects the highest standards of Korean service excellence.

We are seeking a refined and service-driven professional to join us as a Customer Support (Korean Speaker) — a role ideal for individuals from luxury hospitality or premium service environments who are passionate about creating meaningful, high-touch client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Enquiry & Pre-Visit Experience:
   1. Respond to patient enquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
   2. Provide accurate and personalised information on treatments, procedures, and pricing
   3. Understand patient goals and recommend suitable solutions
   4. Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth pre-visit preparation
2. Five-Star In-Clinic Journey
   1. Welcome and accompany patients throughout their visit with a polished and reassuring presence
   2. Coordinate consultations with specialist doctors and support treatment plan explanations
   3. Anticipate patient needs and ensure every touchpoint reflects a five-star, personalised experience
   4. Work closely with medical and front office teams to maintain a seamless service flow
3. Post-Treatment Care & Relationship Management
   1. Conduct thoughtful post-treatment follow-ups and recovery check-ins
   2. Monitor patient progress and respond to concerns with care and discretion
   3. Coordinate review appointments and ongoing care
   4. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Requirements:

• - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury service environment (5-star hotel, high-end clinic, premium hospitality, or similar)
• Background in Beauty Consultant, Guest Relations, Front Office or Patient Coordination is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, Korean, and Bahasa Indonesia (Korean proficiency is an advantage)
• Well-groomed, professional, and confident in client-facing situations
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a developing, fast-paced environment where processes continue to evolve
