Waiter / Waitress / Runner

LYD Bali Group is currently building a talent pool for Waiter /Waitress / Runner positions to support our growing hospitality venues. Successful candidates may be placed in any of our venues depending on operational needs, including La Favela, La Brisa, La Plancha, La Santa Rosa, Bokashi, and Vintage Roots.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent food and beverage service to guests in a professional and friendly manner

• Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards

• Provide recommendations on menu items, including wine, spirits, and signature drinks

• Demonstrate awareness of common food allergies and communicate them properly to the kitchen or bar team

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations

• Assist team members to ensure smooth service flow during operational hours

• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to requests or concerns

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in restaurant, bar, beach club, or hospitality environment

• Basic knowledge of wine, spirits, and food & beverage service standards

• Basic understanding of food allergies and guest dietary restrictions

• Able to communicate in English with international guests

• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Well-groomed and commited to always radiate a positive energy
