What You Will Do

1. Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

  • Own and evolve BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms — from tone and messaging to typography and visual systems

  • Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts

  • Develop campaigns that drive both brand impact and business growth

  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, product, print, and other touchpoints

2. Creative Leadership & Team Management

  • Support leading, coaching, and inspiring a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, writers, and content creators)

  • Set a high standard for creativity, execution, and delivery under tight timelines

  • Review and elevate creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy and quality standards

  • Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability

3. Execution & Optimization

  • Design and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability

  • Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams in Malaysia and across the region to execute key campaigns

  • Experience leading and developing creative teams

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows

  • Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills

  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
