We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and willing to learn to support our daily business operations in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support daily coordination, administrative, and operational work
* Handle external errands and coordination when needed
* Assist with schedule and meeting arrangements
* Prepare basic Excel reports, asset tracking, and PowerPoint materials
* Support simple social media operations for the Joyday brand
* Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external parties
* Follow up on tasks and help maintain smooth daily operations
Requirements:
* Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
* Emotionally stable and able to work under pressure
* Good execution and follow-up ability
* Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Comfortable using AI tools or willing to learn
* Good English communication skills
* Fresh graduates or candidates with early-stage working experience are welcome
*Experience in FMCG, startup environments, or coordination/admin-related roles is a plus.
