Job Description:
- Designing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEP) to address the unique needs of students with diverse learning abilities
- Providing one-on-one and small group instruction to support students' academic, social, and behavioural development
- Collaborating with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation to track student progress and inform future instructional strategies
- Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in special education
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all students
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective instructional strategies for students with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for helping students reach their full potential
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong English language skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome
