📢 WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION FOREMAN

PT Citra Plastik Makmur is looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to join our Production team.

Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Foreman or Production Leader in an Injection Molding Manufacturing company.
* Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding processes and production operations.
* Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiar with 5S, Kaizen, Quality Management Systems, and Occupational Health & Safety (HSE/K3).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Willing to work in shifts.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets in terms of quality, quantity, delivery, and efficiency.
* Monitor and optimize the utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and production resources.
* Ensure all production processes comply with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
* Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime and production defects.
* Monitor production performance and prepare daily production reports.
* Coordinate with the Engineering, Quality Assurance, PPIC, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth production operations.
* Coach, develop, and evaluate production team members to improve productivity and performance.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and production effectiveness.
