Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to students and parents regarding international academic competitions.
• Guide students through the preparation and enrollment process for international competitions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, and other stakeholders.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert consultations into successful enrollments.
• Achieve individual enrollment targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student journey from consultation to enrollment.
• Represent Vista Education professionally at events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in Education Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, Admissions, or a related field is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple student inquiries effectively.
• Passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals.
• Experience participating in WSC, MUN, Speech, Debate, or other international competitions is highly preferred.
