SPV Product & Program Development

We're looking for a SPV Product & Program Development who is passionate about product innovation, market insights, and strategic business growth. In this role, you'll lead product development initiatives, manage multiple brands, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products and programs that drive business success.

What You'll Do

• Develop products based on market trends, customer insights, and business objectives.

• Execute product strategies, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Manage multiple product brands and support their growth throughout the product lifecycle.

• Conduct market research, field research, focus group discussions (FGDs), surveys, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

• Monitor product performance and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and execution.

• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

• Support trade marketing activities by developing program strategies, product communication, and merchandising recommendations.

• Prepare product presentations and business reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure seamless coordination throughout product launches and other strategic business initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

• Experience in Product Development at least 3-5 years.

• Knowledge of Brand & Product Lifecycle Management.

• Strong Project & People Management skills.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Data Analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience handling consumer goods/FMCG/home appliances/building materials is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.

• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

• Adaptable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
