Requirements?
Japanese language skill (JLPT N1/N2 preferred)
Good command of written English; daily conversational English is sufficient.
Experience in manufacturing industry preferredSPV

Data analysis skills

Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering or related field
Experience in process improvement activities.

Job Description?
Lead continuous improvement activities.
Analyze production data and business processes to identify issues and propose improvements.
Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement projects.
Promote Kaizen and 5S activities.
Support and coordinate various projects related to assigned responsibilities.
