Social Media Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, identity, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage the social media content calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with followers and encourage meaningful conversations.
- Escalate customer concerns or inquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community.
Copywriting
- Write compelling, accurate, and engaging captions, headlines, and promotional copy tailored to each platform.
- Ensure all messaging is aligned with the brand's tone of voice and campaign objectives.
- Proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency before publication.
Content Scheduling
- Schedule and publish content using approved social media management tools.
- Coordinate posting schedules with marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
- Ensure content is published on time across all platforms.
KOL & Brand Partner Coordination (When Necessary)
- Assist in coordinating collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, content creators, and brand partners.
- Help manage campaign timelines, content submissions, and deliverables.
- Track collaboration performance and prepare post-campaign summaries.
Social Media Reporting
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend strategies to improve content performance and audience engagement.
Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, viral content, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging trends and recommend creative ideas that keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Proactively suggest new content formats, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
