Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or other related fields. Professional Pharmacist (Apoteker) is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry. Experience in FMCG manufacturing is also welcome to apply, while experience in the Pharmaceutical industry will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other applicable pharmaceutical, food safety, and quality standards.
Comprehensive understanding of production processes, equipment maintenance, manufacturing best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure all production activities are carried out in accordance with SOPs, production schedules, quality standards, and operational targets.
Lead, supervise, develop, and evaluate the production team to achieve productivity, quality, and safety objectives.
Monitor production processes and equipment performance, ensuring effective preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, occupational health and safety (HSE/K3), and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Manage production resources, operational budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.
