Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing aluminium and construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The Project Manager is also expected to possess hands-on knowledge and practical skills in aluminium installation, enabling them to provide technical guidance, supervise installation works, troubleshoot on-site issues, and train and develop the installation team to ensure consistent workmanship and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

• Supervise site activities and installation teams.

• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for aluminium installation works when required.

• Train, coach, and develop project engineers, site supervisors, and installation teams.

• Ensure all installation methods comply with company standards, technical specifications, and quality requirements.

• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with drawings, quality, and safety standards.

• Prepare project reports and maintain documentation.

• Manage project risks and support project handover to clients.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of Project Management experience.

• Experience in aluminium or construction projects is preferred; candidates from other engineering/construction industries are welcome to apply.

• Hands-on experience in aluminium installation (windows & doors, curtain wall, façade, glazing, or related systems) is highly preferred.

• Able to conduct technical training and mentor installation teams.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to read technical drawings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project is an advantage.

• Willing to travel for project assignments.

• English required; Mandarin is an advantage.
