Jr. Engineer – QA
Responsibility:
Carry out the product testing according to international standards, customer requirement and WIK internal requirement.
Product Safety release for engineering sample or modification sample before mass production.
Follow up product approvals with outside approval boards, covering electrical safety, EMC and other mandatory restrictions and requirements in the relevant markets.
Prepare Life Cycle Test (LCT) protocol and LCT report, conduct vibration test and drop test.
Arrange external testing and certification as required, manpower for do LCT and handle internal or external audit. Internal calibration and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 requirement and internal training for Approve Test Laboratory (ATL) process.
Coordinate external calibration with vendor & update the report to RQM.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical and electrical, with minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
Experiences in ISO 9001, 14001, ATL test, handling supplier, internal, external audit (customer audit, 3rd party audit) & Factory Inspection. Product certification and calibration monitoring.
Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft excel, good knowledge of office suite.
Good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure and seek for continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skill.
