Responsibilities
Prepare, revise, and develop architectural drawings and technical documentation from Design Development (DD) through Detailed Engineering Design (DED).
Produce accurate architectural plans, layouts, sections, elevations, details, and construction drawings in accordance with project requirements.
Implement design directions, mark-ups, and technical instructions from Architects and Engineers.
Produce 3D models and renderings to support design reviews and client presentations, when required.
Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, applicable codes, and project specifications.
Verify drawing accuracy, dimensions, annotations, and technical information before submission.
Manage drawing revisions, document control, and version updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively clarify unclear information with the project team to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness.
Support project documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (if applicable), and AI productivity tools approved by the Company.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, Technical Drawing, or equivalent.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Drafter, Architectural Drafter, or similar role.
Strong understanding of architectural drawing standards and basic construction detailing.
Basic understanding of building construction methods and materials.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
