Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily accounting activities and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Review sales reports, cash collections, bank deposits, and expense reports.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of bank accounts, cash accounts, and supplier balances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures..
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
- Generate accounting reports from the system for management review.
- Supervise and guide accounting staff in their daily tasks.
- Review work accuracy and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in supervising accounting functions is an advantage
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Willing to be assigned at Quezon City
