Role and Responsibilities
Design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for mechanical systems.
Inspect and assess mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation and reliability.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documents.
Troubleshoot mechanical system failures and equipment malfunctions.
Monitor the availability of spare parts and maintenance materials.
Ensure all mechanical works are completed on schedule and in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors during maintenance and project activities.
Prepare cost estimations, technical evaluations, and purchase requests for mechanical equipment and materials.
Develop maintenance plans and recommend continuous improvements to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, pumps, compressors, piping, and utility equipment.
Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team
