Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable truck models and services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Parts, and Service Departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales concerns.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
- Prepare account status reports and sales forecasts.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments when required.
- Experience in account management, customer service, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
