Healthcare Services Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Healthcare Services Representative to join our growing healthcare support team. In this role, you will assist members, patients, and healthcare providers by answering inquiries related to healthcare benefits, eligibility, claims, and other healthcare services. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate information and timely resolution of concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding healthcare plans, benefits, eligibility, claims, and related services.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to members, patients, and healthcare providers.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely resolution of customer concerns.

Qualifications

• College graduates are welcome to apply, with or without BPO experience.
• College undergraduates or high school graduates must have at least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
• Previous healthcare or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
