Call Center Agents are the face, and voice, of the business. They take incoming calls, make outbound ones, and help customers with whatever they need, whether that's solving a problem or processing an order. At the end of the day, their main job is to make sure every customer walks away happy while keeping their info up to date.
What you'll do daily:
Answer customer calls
Explain products clearly
Solve problems and answer queries
Keep accounts updated
Take detailed call notes
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
