The Role
We're looking for a sharp, ambitious marketing leader to own everything from the big strategy to the granular execution — and genuinely love doing both. For the Marketing Director role, you will be working directly with the CEO and collaborating with a cross-functional team.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute end-to-end marketing strategy, including brand, demand generation, content, SEO, paid marketing, and product marketing.
• Lead and manage a team across development, design, and data functions.
• Drive growth initiatives and monitor key metrics including MQLs, sign-ups, conversions, CAC, and LTV.
• Develop and refine the company's product narrative and marketing messaging.
• Collaborate with the Shopify team on joint campaigns, audience initiatives, and cross-channel marketing efforts.
• Work directly with the CEO to support marketing priorities and business growth.

Who You Are

• Previous experience in a SaaS or MarTech environment.
• Ability to move from strategy and planning to execution and campaign delivery.
• Experience managing technical team members.
• Interest in or familiarity with the creator and influencer marketing industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership while collaborating closely with development teams.
• Shopify and e-commerce experience is a strong advantage.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in a SaaS, MarTech, or high-growth technology environment.
• Ability to seamlessly translate strategy into execution, turning ideas into impactful campaigns and measurable results.
• Comfortable leading and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
• Interest in and understanding of the creator and influencer marketing industry.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills when engaging with executive leadership and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Shopify and e-commerce ecosystems is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
