Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources within a large company or a business with multiple outlets or branches.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions and Indonesian labor regulations.
Proven experience in organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English is required.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement People & Culture strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end HR functions, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Administration, Industrial Relation, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement..
Drive organizational development, culture building, change management, workforce planning, and leadership development in partnership with senior management.
Develop, review, and ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and applicable labor regulations.
Monitor HR metrics, provide strategic recommendations, and lead HR initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
Scope of responsibilities will be adjusted based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
