- Lead and manage the development of complex VR and/or AI education and training software
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior programmers, providing expert knowledge in 3D real-time programming and/or AI development and Unity3D
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of VR and/or AI applications with databases, servers, and web platforms
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in VR, AI, and programming technologies, ensuring our products are at the forefront of the industry
- Drive innovation and propose new features and optimizations to enhance the user experience and performance of our VR applications
- Contribute to project management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products

Requirements

3D real-time programming Experience in VR AI development Extensive experience Unity3D Extensive experience C# Background in video game development Defense simulation development a plus Strong database server and web development Experience with Android development Excellent problem-solving Excellent leadership and communication skills Proven ability to work effectively remote
