Responsibilities
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables and revenue.
- Owns contracts and contract renewals for new work from existing clients.
- Achieves sales targets.
- Establishes and manages business relationships in selected market areas and identifies new business opportunities.
- Approves change orders and invoices and is responsible for payment collection.
- Works closely with the project team to maintain continuous knowledge of project status and identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and projects are profitable.
- Reports to the Account Director, providing regular updates on all account activities, including weekly status and call reports.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum one year of working experience, preferably in IT sales within the government, financial, or banking sectors (B2B/B2G).
- Good ability to sell IT products, particularly software.
- Able to communicate persuasively and follow through on actions and decisions with a sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think and plan ahead.
- Has existing accounts or databases that have previously been handled.
- Strong work commitment, with the ability to work independently and be self-driven.
- Energetic, fast learner, smart, and well-groomed.
