We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Night Audit. This role combines front office responsibilities with financial accuracy, ensuring smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest service while maintaining the integrity of daily financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all overnight front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.

• Perform daily night audit procedures, including balancing room revenue, payments, and financial transactions.

• Reconcile guest accounts and investigate any discrepancies.

• Ensure all financial records are complete and compliant with company procedures.

• Monitor the safety and security of guests and the property during the night shift.

• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Night Auditor, Front Office Agent, or similar role in a hotel, resort, or luxury villa.

• Strong understanding of front office procedures and hotel accounting principles.
  Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
