Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (Proven experience as a Live Streaming Host / Content Creator / Sales)
Confident, talkative, and highly comfortable in front of the camera
Strong communication, persuasion, and selling skills
Energetic, expressive, and able to build strong audience engagement
Target-driven with a strong passion for sales and live streaming
Able to host live sessions for extended hours with high energy
Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain product knowledge clearly
Flexible with working hours (including weekends/peak campaign days)
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Description:
Host live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) to promote and sell products
Present products in an engaging, informative, and persuasive manner
Interact with viewers, respond to comments, and build strong audience engagement
Follow the live streaming script, flow, and campaign brief provided
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall live streaming performance (GMV, conversion rate)
Collaborate with the team (content, operations, account) for smooth live execution
Stay updated with product knowledge, trends, and competitors
Maintain a professional and energetic on-camera presence
Achieve sales/GMV targets per session/month
