• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (Proven experience as a Live Streaming Host / Content Creator / Sales)

• Confident, talkative, and highly comfortable in front of the camera

• Strong communication, persuasion, and selling skills

• Energetic, expressive, and able to build strong audience engagement

• Target-driven with a strong passion for sales and live streaming

• Able to host live sessions for extended hours with high energy

• Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain product knowledge clearly

• Flexible with working hours (including weekends/peak campaign days)

• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Description:

• Host live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) to promote and sell products

• Present products in an engaging, informative, and persuasive manner

• Interact with viewers, respond to comments, and build strong audience engagement

• Follow the live streaming script, flow, and campaign brief provided

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall live streaming performance (GMV, conversion rate)

• Collaborate with the team (content, operations, account) for smooth live execution

• Stay updated with product knowledge, trends, and competitors

• Maintain a professional and energetic on-camera presence

• Achieve sales/GMV targets per session/month
