Position : Staff / Supervisor / Manager

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and review MEP cost estimates for tender and bidding purposes.
Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQ, and tender documents.
Review and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Develop and maintain the MEP cost database.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in MEP cost estimation for building, industrial, EPC, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Able to prepare BOQ, Quantity Take-Off (QTO), Unit Price Analysis, and Cost Estimation.
Experience reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
