Job Description
Process, secure, and renew all necessary land permits, spatial planning approvals (KKPR/ITR), and building/environmental licenses from local and central government agencies.
Prepare and submit accurate application dossiers to relevant authorities (e.g., BPN, Ministry of Agrarian Affairs, local government offices).
Monitor the status of permit applications and proactively resolve any bottlenecks or delays
Conduct thorough legal verification and due diligence on land ownership documents (e.g., certificates, land deeds/Girig, history of ownership).
Maintain an organized, secure, and up-to-date database of all land permits, agreements, and licenses.
Draft, review, and handle administrative paperwork related to land compensation, leases, and acquisitions.
Act as the company’s representative in coordinating with government officials, local authorities, and National Land Agency (BPN) representatives.
Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities, landowners, and village heads to facilitate smooth project execution.
Assist in resolving land disputes or overlapping claims through mediation and negotiation.
Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Agrarian/Land Studies, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of working experience in land permitting, land acquisition, or legal formatting (preferably in property development, mining, energy, or infrastructure sectors)
Knowledge: Strong understanding of agrarian law (UUPA), land administration, and local zoning/spatial planning regulations.
Negotiation: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and lobbying skills to deal effectively with both government officials and local communities.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify potential land risks and find legal/administrative solutions.
Administration: High attention to detail in checking and archiving legal documents.
Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage for corporate reporting.
