Senior IT Developer Officer

Role

A. Full Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications supporting Credit Bureau services.

• Develop backend services using modern programming frameworks and design principles.

• Build responsive, user-friendly frontend applications with high usability and performance.

• Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable software components.

• Ensure applications meet business, operational, and regulatory requirements.

B. Backend Development & API Services

• Design and develop secure RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.

• Develop middleware to facilitate integration between internal and external systems.

• Maintain API lifecycle management, including versioning and documentation.

• Optimize API performance, availability, and scalability.

• Support API integration with:

  • Financial institutions

  • Internal applications

  • Third-party systems

  • Digital channels

C. System Integration & Middleware Development

• Develop and maintain middleware supporting:

  • Credit Bureau inquiry services

  • Data exchange processes

  • Internal workflow automation

• Collaborate with Database Administrators and Data Engineers to ensure reliable data integration.

• Support secure data exchange using industry-standard authentication and encryption protocols.

D. Product Development & System Enhancement

• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in system architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

• Develop enhancements that improve:

  • User experience

  • System efficiency

  • Performance

  • Security

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile development activities.

E. Software Testing & Deployment

• Develop and execute unit testing and support integration testing.

• Collaborate with QA teams during:

  • System Integration Testing (SIT)

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Regression testing

• Support production deployment and post-implementation validation.

• Resolve defects identified during testing and production support.

F. DevOps, CI/CD & Containerization

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, and deployment.

• Implement containerized application deployment using:

  • Docker

  • Kubernetes

• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to improve deployment automation and system reliability.

• Monitor application performance and optimize deployment processes.

G. Application Performance & Security

• Optimize application performance through code optimization and performance tuning.

• Implement secure coding practices to minimize application vulnerabilities.

• Ensure applications comply with:

  • Internal Information Security Policies

  • Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)

  • OWASP Secure Coding Guidelines

• Support vulnerability remediation and security testing activities.

H. Documentation & Technical Standards

• Prepare and maintain:

  • Technical design documents

  • API documentation

  • Source code documentation

  • Deployment documentation

  • System architecture diagrams

• Ensure source code version control and documentation standards are consistently applied.

I. Technical Leadership & Knowledge Sharing

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

• Conduct peer code reviews and promote software development best practices.

• Recommend new technologies and development methodologies to improve system capability.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT Development team.

J. Production Support & Incident Resolution

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of application incidents.

• Perform root cause analysis for production issues.

• Collaborate with:

  • Database Administration

  • Infrastructure

  • Application Support

  • Information Security

• Ensure incidents are resolved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

K. Regulatory Compliance & Governance

• Ensure application development activities comply with:

  • OJK regulations applicable to LPIP

  • Company IT Governance policies

  • Information Security standards

  • Data confidentiality and privacy requirements

• Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory examinations by providing technical documentation and evidence.

General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline;

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software development, preferably as a Full Stack Developer;

• Experience developing enterprise applications in: Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, Credit Bureau, Other regulated industries are preferred;

• Experience working within Agile or Scrum software development environments.

Technical Competencies

Backend Development

·        Strong proficiency in one or more technologies such as: Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core, Node.js, Python

Frontend Development

·        Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as: React, Angular, Vue.js

Database & Data Access

·        Strong SQL knowledge with experience in: PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle Database

·        Understanding of database optimization and query performance.

API & Integration

·        RESTful API development
