Job Description :
Control and supervise quality testing activities for raw material samples, work in process, and finished products.
Coordinate and supervise QC Analysts and Field Inspectors during quality inspection and testing activities.
Analyze quality data and maintain proper documentation of all inspection and testing results for historical records and traceability purposes.
Monitor and ensure periodic calibration of all inspection and testing equipment.
Assist in maintaining and ensuring the proper condition of all equipment used for quality inspection and testing activities.
Monitor reagent inventory and laboratory equipment supplies, and ensure timely replenishment when stock reaches the minimum level.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Food Technology / Chemical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience as a QC Supervisor in a food manufacturing company or flavor house.
Good understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ISO 17025, and Laboratory HSE standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
Capable of performing preventive maintenance for laboratory instruments such as GC/GCMS.
Detail-oriented with strong leadership, initiative, and good decision-making skills.
Placement in Kendal, Central Java.
