About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Intern to join our Customer Relations Management Team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their careers in customer relationship management, marketing, sales operations, and business growth. You will be directly involved in customer engagement, appointment generation, campaign execution, data analysis, and service promotion activities. This is not a traditional call center position. We are looking for future leaders who can contribute ideas, solve problems, and grow into supervisory and management roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement
Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up on customer inquiries, service reminders, and promotional campaigns.
Build positive customer relationships and improve customer retention.
2. Appointment & Sales Support
Generate service appointments through outbound customer outreach.
Support workshop sales objectives by promoting service packages and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor customer conversion and appointment performance.
3. Marketing Execution
Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Gather customer feedback and market insights.
Collaborate with workshop teams to improve customer experience.
4. Management Development
Participate in training programs related to customer service, sales, marketing, and operations.
Support special projects assigned by management.
Prepare for future leadership opportunities within the company.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with customers and building relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
