Project Manager O&M

Job Description

• Serves as the main technical contact for customers and suppliers on all project-related matters, including managing customer relationships and providing on-site support when needed. Responsible for reviewing the project scope, breaking it into clear tasks, and organizing the required work. Also plans project activities and schedules them as part of the overall project timeline.

• Responsible for estimating and planning the resources and capacity needed for projects, including staffing and team setup for maintenance, service, and operations.

• Verify and release or comment on the baseline cost calculation including the time cost planning.

• Support and advice in purchasing planning (supplier selection, acquisition, contract negotiations, etc.) in cooperation with purchasing.

• Responsible for the achievement of the corresponding technical and commercial goals, if necessary initiation of escalation measures with the involvement of the superior.

Job Qualification

• Has more than 3 years of experience in the same or a similar position.

• Profound skills in project management.

• Experience with technical engine operation, trouble-shooting and maintenance on engines.

• Fluency in English.

• BSc in Engineering, mechanical, electrical, marine, MBA, BBA or similar degree in administration.

• Placement in Surabaya.
