? What You’ll Do
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, primarily for blue-collar and field-based positions.
Source candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, job fairs, and walk-in recruitment events.
Conduct initial candidate screening and walk-in interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and role suitability.
Manage candidate placement
Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, and hiring reports.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous internship or experience in mass hiring, blue-collar recruitment, or field recruitment is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership and able to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
Comfortable with field activities and conducting walk-in recruitment processes.
