Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience developing in Odoo (v12 and above), experience in logistics company is preferred.
Deep understanding of Python, Odoo ORM, and Odoo framework architecture
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, database tuning, and performance optimization
Proficient in frontend technologies (JavaScript, XML, QWeb, HTML/CSS)
Familiarity with Odoo.sh and Git
Experience integrating Odoo with external services via REST/SOAP APIs
Proven track record of delivering complex Odoo projects end-to-end
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities
Willing and able to work on-site in Cilincing, North Jakarta.
